Delete your Unknot account

Unknot: Arrow Puzzle · developer: Vectorinc

You only have an Unknot account if you signed in with Google or Apple. Playing without signing in stores nothing in your name, so there is nothing to delete.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Unknot and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete account and confirm.

If it asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check by Google or Apple; sign in and tap Delete account once more.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email vectorincng@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Unknot account" from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with (for Apple's "Hide My Email", say so and include the relay address if you have it). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and account identifier.
• Your saved progress stored on our servers (level, coins, streak, owned themes).
• Your league entries disappear when the current week or month ends; past periods are not kept.

What is not deleted

• Progress saved on your own device, until you uninstall the app or reset it in Settings.
• Purchase records kept by Google Play or the App Store, which they hold under their own policies.
• Anonymous analytics and advertising data that cannot be linked to your account.
